Q: Are there any hidden costs?

NO - All our prices include VAT and FREE UK mainland delivery unless otherwise stated.


Q: Is there a delivery charge?

All deliveries to UK mainland customers are absolutely FREE.

Express delivery services are available on some product lines for an additional fee.

For overseas and offshore destinations there is a nominal charge.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you, we will then cancel your order and refund you the full amount.

Where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return the goods to us in accordance with clause 5.2 of our Cancellation and Returns Policy. We will refund you the original order amount upon reciept of the returned goods. Please note; the returns carriage cost will be borne by you.

Q: Can I return my product?

Yes, you can return goods you have ordered from us in an unused state, for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Yes, Our cart system is fully automated, at no time is any staff member able to see, recall or copy your payment details in part or whole.

If you make a payment by telephone, our staff will enter your information directly into a secure banking system while you are on the phone.
