After recieving your Artwork Sample, we will email you within 5 working days with a PDF artwork, this will depict your finished mat design. You must approve this design by email before we can proceed with your order.
If you are not happy with this artwork, you have the opportunity to make one change free of charge. To make further changes there is an additional admin charge of £ 25.00 per revision, so please be sure you check every detail before you request changes. Your revised artwork will be returned for approval within 3 working days.
Please note: Your finished mat/s will be despatched within 10 working days from the date you approve the artwork for production.
